Catalina was a hard working woman who lived in San Juan until she was 94. She was dedicated to her family and only had kind words to say to those around her. She lived a life of selflessness and cherished the time she spent with loved ones. In the words of her loving grandson, "She took care of me when I was a kid and every Saturday we’d have family over at her house. She was our moral center. Whenever I had a problem I’d talk to her." Catalina was a joyous soul who brought compassion and empathy to any person she encountered and she will be remembered.
