 Booker was Born in Webber Fall, Oklahoma. To late Willie Washington, Jessie Irene Wells-Washington-Miller. There were four children from that union booker who was the fourth youngest child from that union. He had three sisters. Dorothy Johnson, Marion Hamilton, Frances Hanson.

Booker graduation from Plain view High school in 1955 After that, he enlisted in the navy in 1955 to 1959. Booker attended Witchtia State Universal In 1959 after he had honored discharged from the navy. In 1960, he relocated to CA.

Booker's first job in CA was to work for the water company delivered to people home and different businesses in CA.

After moving back to Witchita Kansas in 1972 he was Salesman for Sears roebucks for 15 years.

He starts work for a car dealership in Witchita Kansas for twenty-five years after retirement in 1993 Booker believes in live his life to the full.
