Knoxville, TN formerly of Grand Ledge, MI - Bobette D. Rosier passed away unexpectedly February 19, 2019, in Knoxville, TN. She was born February 15, 1964, in Lansing, MI, the daughter of Robert C. Nourse and Bonnie (Crandall) Nourse. She is preceded in death by her father Robert Rosier, her grandparents Hazen and Burtriece Crandall and Robert and Rosier.

Surviving are her mother, Bonnie D. Rosier (Crandall), brothers Lynden, Leland, and Lauren Rosier; aunts and uncles: Linda Worthington, Shirley (Woody) Woodrow, Catherine (Stan) Herring, Thomas Crandall, Dorene Crandall, Melody Crandall and Neil Nourse; former husband Tim Short and stepchildren, Robert and Anders; many cousins, special friends, Sue Landis, Tom Ciaccia, Brenda Ankney Barnhill, Patty, Tom, and Michael Shea; special family, and loves of her life, her furry friends (kitties) Willow and Patches.

Bobette was an MSU and Purdue graduate, receiving her Ph.D. in Chemistry and worked as an Environmental Scientist/Human Risk Assessment Specialist for Strategic Management Solutions (SMSI) Inc.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2019, at Peters & Murray Funeral Home, Grand Ledge, with visitation from 12:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Wacousta Cemetery, Wacousta, MI. A luncheon will be held following services at Eagle Town Hall, 14318 Michigan St., Eagle, MI 48822.
