Billy Sanders aka Billy The Kid, a beloved resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, left us on January 21, 2024, at the age of 74. Born on January 01, 1950, Billy lived his life to the fullest, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him. He was a vibrant presence in the community, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Billy had an inspiring zest for life that was contagious to all around him. His warm spirit and genuine nature touched countless lives, and his absence will be deeply felt. Billy Sanders leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. He married the love of his life Melody Gayle Sanders on October, 31st, 1986 while pregnant with their second child. He is survived in death by his Wife; Melody Gayle Sanders, Daughters; Melissa Vailes and spouse Matthew Vailes, Beverly Sather and spouse Shannon Sather, Billie Sanders, Summer Sanders and spouse Ashlyne Erwin, Grandsons; Timothy Sanders, Mason Sather, and Austin Wright, Granddaughters; Neveah Wright, Ava Sather, Martha Sanders and Olivia Vailes. Father; Jerry Reames Sr, Brothers; Jerry Reames Jr, Justin Reames, Chad Sanders and Bryan Sanders, Sisters; Rhonda Canter, Cecilia Reames. He will also be missed by numerous neices, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.He is Procceded in death by Mother; Janelle Reames, Mother in law; Martha Gaston, Father; Ronald Sanders, Grandmothers Lila Campbell and Bobbie Lewis, Sister; Jennifer Sanders, Brother in law; Thomas (Tank) Norris.

Billy served our country in the national guard for 6 years. In his free time he enjoyed fixing motorcycles and cars, building knives and riding motorcycles. During his life he's become a decorated biker, owner of the bar juggs, open and ran his own motorcycle repair shop and knife building company. When he wasn't doing his favorite hobbies he was spending time and loving his family.
