Bill Hilfers, 64, of Orange, California, passed on September 11, 2023 At Sanford hospital In Sioux Falls with his family.

Bill was born on January 31, 1959. He married Sharon in Orange, CA on June 25, 1994, and together they built a beautiful life filled with love and laughter. In his free time, Daryl loved to hunt ducks, deer, coyotes,and prairie dogs. He enjoyed fishing and camping, and he and his four daughters would often go camping together. Later on in life, he and Sharon got a permanent camping spot in Chamberlain, SD, where they spent many happy times. He was a big Benchrest shooter, and was involved in starting one of the clubs in Sioux Falls. When the girls were younger, they would help him reload shells for his hunting trips. Daryl will always be remembered as a kind, loving, and dedicated family. He will be missed by many, but his legacy will live on forever. 

Grateful for sharing his life are his wife, Sharon, daughters, Tammy, Sherrie, and Royana, 7 Grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.  

Daryl was preceded in death by his parents; and sister.
