Bill Carrico, 80, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed Thursday, January 02, 2020. Bill was born December 03, 1939 in Parkersburg, West Virginia. He married Judy in 1977, and they lived together in Longwood FL. Bill was a long time staple working as Director at the Winter Park Parks and Recreation before retiring to Ponce Inlet FL.

Bill is survived by loving wife Judy, brother-in-law Bob, nieces Stacey and Jennifer, and nephews Scott and Andrew.
