Beulah Ford, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed on April 18, 2022. She wtas born to Agrom Johnson and Elizabeth Mildred Johnson in Louisville, Kentucky on January 01, 1950.  

Together they raised 3 children Wayne Thomas Ford ( Pamela Leanne Ford),Ashley Mildred Ford, Angela Cindy Ford. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren

Beulah graduated from Henry Clay High SCHOOL in 1968

Beulah worked as a Nurse until she Retired in 2010 and was Passionate about Affecting the most positive change in people
