Ariel Clemons, 24, of Chicago, Illinois, passed on July 03, 2021. Ariel was born on December 24, 1996. She was a fantastic sport that loved her son and family. Joy was one thing she could not live without. Ariel gradutated from highschool and from there she went on to nursing school to reach her dreams. On the night of July 3rd Ariel took her last breath in Ponce Puerto Rico. She is always loved and will forever be missed.
