It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Annie Jenkins, who finally escaped the chaos of this world on December 4th, 2025. Born on May 30th, 1943 in the quaint town of Phenix City, Alabama, Annie lived a life filled with love, laughter, and maybe a little too much drama.
Annie was the daughter of Charles Tarver and Willie Pearl Dennis, who must have had a great sense of humor to have raised such a spitfire. She married the unlucky John Jenkins in the year 1960, a man who never quite knew what hit him.
Together, Annie and John had one child, Casey Jenkins Sr., who somehow managed to survive being raised by such a force of nature. Casey would go on to bless Annie with a grandchild, whose name shall remain a mystery in this obituary.
Despite her many talents, including her work as a homemaker, Annie will always be remembered for her sharp wit, her unwavering loyalty to her family, and her unparalleled ability to stir up trouble wherever she went. She may have left us, but her spirit will live on in the memories of those who were lucky enough to know her.
Rest in peace, Annie Jenkins. May you finally find some peace and quiet in the afterlife.
