Ann Rachal SaxonFuneral services celebrating the life of Ann Rachal Saxon, 60, of Forney, TX will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 5, 2016 at New Chapel Hill Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Bruce McGee officiating and Rev. Clovis Sturdivant assisting. Interment will follow at New Chapel Hill Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Ann died on October 30, 2016 at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX after battling pulmonary fibrosis. She had been on the lung transplant list there for nearly a year.She was born on February 20, 1956 in Ruston, Louisiana. She grew up in West Monroe and graduated from West Monroe High School in 1974. She moved to Texas in 1996. Throughout her life, she has been an entrepreneur, dedicated mother, and loving wife. She was retired from her job in medical billing at Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall, TX. Her favorite thing in the world was taking trips to the beach with her family and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents A.W. and Sarah Rachal and Virginia Rachal Simpson.Ann is survived by her husband, Roy Saxon; son, Jesse Saxon and wife, Michelle; daughter, Sarah Saxon; grandson, Peyton Saxon; brothers, Bill Rachal and wife, Phyllis, Johnny Rachal and wife, Elizabeth, Ron Albritton and wife, Connie.Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Friday, November 4, 2016 at Kilpatrick's Funeral Home, West Monroe.
