Ann Troutman, 84, of Evanston, Illinois, passed Tuesday, June 04, 2019 at Presence St Francis Hospital. Ann was born to James Harlem Troutman, and Amanda Lucille Troutman, February 05, 1935 in Louisville, Mississippi. 

Ann graduated from Evanston Township. Ann worked at Leaf Brand Company until she retired in 25 Years. She also volunteered for the Mothers' Board at The Word Works Church in 1973-until her health began to fail and was really passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

Ann was a phenonmenal woman, mother, grandmother, and so much more. Most of all she was a care taker of all, a fashionista before the term was coined, and a true comedian at heart.

Ann was proceeded in death by her parents James Harlem Troutman and Amanda Lucille Troutman; her daughter LaTonya "Tippy" Troutman, a son Terry Troutman; three of her brothers Harry Troutman, Mark Troutman, and Willie Troutman; three grandsons Terrance "Pancho" Troutman, Terry Troutman Jr., and Kendhal Harris.

Ann is survived by 2 children: Vernon Troutman of Evanston, IL and Carnell Troutman (Vicky Sturdivant) of Evanston, IL. 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
