Andrew Daniel Gibbs went home with his Lord and savior Jesus Christ on the night of October 11, 2023 in Rumford, Maine at the young age of 56. He was a loving son, fiancé, father and friend. Andy was born on April 17, 1966 in Abilene, Texas to Clyde Henderson Gibbs and Connie Elizabeth Gibbs. He was the second born of three children, his beloved siblings, Annie Jane Schmidt and Jack Edward Gibbs were dearly loved by their brother and which he will be joining in heaven. Andy graduated from Abilene High School where he was heavily involved in the Marching Band which carried out to his involvement as a Cadet in The Fighting Texas Aggie Band Corps at Texas A&M University where he completed his bachelor of landscape architecture. Andy was a father to two beloved daughters Melanie Rachel Gibbs and Sara Jane Gibbs which he both cared for greatly. After moving to Maine, Andy was very lucky and found the love of his life, his fiancé Linda Atkinson who kept him grounded as "the light of his life", which he loved and cherished.
