Andrea Mary Howard was born on July 3, 1960 to Theresa C. Howard and Lawerence Howard of Columbus Ohio. 

She married Richard A. Evans on May 9, 1981 and had 3 children Amanda, Jessica and Cori. 

She was a stay at home mother and dedicated her life to her three daughters. 

Andrea passed away December 1, 2018 peacefully in her home in Columbus, Ohio.

For close family and friends her service will be held at Worthington Presbyterian Church at 773 High St. Worthington, Ohio 4308 on December 7, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. 

Andrea will rest in peace joining her mother Theresa and daughter Jessica in heaven. 

Your daughters Cori and Amanda will miss you forever. “Give Jessie and hug for us”.
