It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ana Mercedes, who was born on December 18, 1945 and peacefully passed away on January 9, 2025 in Haverstraw, New York, United States.

Ana was the beloved daughter of Jose and Guadalupe, and loving spouse of Giovanni, whom she married in the year 1967. Together, they were blessed with a son, Giovanni, who is married to Jenny. Ana cherished her family above all else and loved spending time with her three adoring grandchildren.

Ana was known for her passion for cooking and her ability to bring loved ones together through her delicious meals. Her kitchen was always filled with laughter and the aroma of her specialties.

Despite battling with Breast Cancer, Ana faced her illness with courage and grace, never losing her kind spirit and unwavering faith.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
