Alvin C Sutherland, 73, passed on April 11, 2021. he was born to ALFRED SUTHERLAND and DORREN SUTHERLAND in Kingston, Jamaica on August 28, 1947.He married MARRY SUTHERLAND and 47 years they lived together in Augusta, Georgia and traveled the world. Together they raised 2 children NATASHA SUTHERLAND, ALVIN SUTHERLAND (LISA SUTHERLAND). he is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

Alvin worked at US ARMY until he retired in 2002 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He loved gardening and going to church. 

SGT. Sutherland served his country for 35 years in the United States ARMY.
