We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Alton Gipson, who was born on December 7, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois, United States. He peacefully departed this world on November 25, 2025.

Alton was a loving husband to his wife, Emma Wade, whom he married in the year 1964 Together, they raised five children: Richard Wade, Debra Wade, Alton Gipson jr Antonio Gipson, and Anita Gipson.

Alton was a devoted father and grandfather. He was a hardworking and caring man who always put his family first. His children and grandchildren meant the world to him.

Alton was preceded in death by his father, John Gipson, and mother, Betty Gipson. He is survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Alton will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
