Alfred Lee, also known as Al the Great, was born on February 2, 1968, in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a man of many talents and passions, including but not limited to, fishing, grilling, and binge-watching old sitcoms.
Alfred had a knack for making people laugh with his witty jokes and contagious laughter. He always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye, especially when he was out on the golf course or tinkering with his beloved barbecue grill.
On October 10, 2025, Alfred left this world for the great beyond. While we will miss his larger-than-life personality and homemade barbecue sauce, we take comfort in knowing that he is now reunited with his favorite fishing spot and a never-ending supply of cold beer.
Alfred is survived by his partner, Demario Parker, and their son Demario, who followed in his father's footsteps and graduated from G.W. Carver High School in 1986. Despite his passing, Alfred's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, as well as in the countless memories of his legendary barbecue cookouts and epic fishing trips.
