Tracy MillerTracy Michelle Miller passed away unexpectedly at her home on March 23rd. She was born on October 14th 1956 in Ellensburg. Tracy had many adventures throughout her life. As a young child she traveled the railroad with her father's work. In high school she was on the cheer squad and traveled to Washington D.C. with the leadership team. After graduating from Ellensburg High School in 1975 she continued her adventurers which included; Montana, Arizona, and working on the cruise line Majestic Explorer that took her from Alaska to Tahiti. Tracy returned back to Ellensburg to work for AT&T and then CWU. She loved life and everything that pertained to it. Whether it was canoeing, hiking, camping, singing, dancing and always family and friends. Tracy's proudest accomplishment was being the mama bear to her cub, Kyle. In his words, " she was one of a kind, an extra ordinary mother. If I had to live a million lifetimes the person I choose to be my mother would never change. It would always be her!" Tracy leaves behind a son, Kyle Reed, sisters; Kathy Miller, Sharon Sandnes, Janet Zombro, Jody Miller, Kim Parr and brothers Joe Martin and Billy Gooch along with step mother, Betty Nelson (Miller). As well as many other family members. Tracy was a blessing in every ones lives that knew her. Tracy always had a smile on her face, a warm hug and was always the life of the party! For every tear that is shed there will be a thousand great memories of her. Enjoy the journey until we meet again my mother, sister, aunt and my friend. A family memorial will be held on May 3rd 2014 at the American Legion from 1-6 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at Cashmere Valley Bank under Tracy Miller Memorial.
