Thomas Boston , 89, of Brooklyn, New York, passed Saturday, April 27, 2019. Thomas was born November 03, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York.

Thomas graduated from Erasmus Highschool in 1947. He married Jean Boston in 1978, and they lived together in Brooklyn. They later moved to and raised their family in Mt. Airy, North Carolina Thomas worked as a Civil Engineer until he retired in 1994.

Thomas is survived by 5 children: Ronald Boston (Joanne Boston), Tilley Lee (Anthony Lee), Deon Boston, Melissa Fibbs (Mark Fibbs), and Shanetta Boston. He also is survived by 15 grandchildren and many great grand children.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Amazing Grace Baptist church conducted by Dr. Jonathon Baker with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Owen Funeral Service of Mount Airy is serving the family.
