Richard Butler, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on December 16, 2024, in Herkimer, New York, at the age of 75.

Born on August 5, 1949, in Herkimer, Richard was a proud graduate of Herkimer NY High School. After school, he dedicated his life to serving his country in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant.

In his free time, Richard enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with his two children, Tracy and Eric. He was also a doting grandfather to four grandchildren.

Richard will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of life, and dedication to his family and country. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
