Nancy "MeMe" CaseyAGE: 84 • WilmingtonNancy passed away peacefully at Christiana Hospital on Saturday, April 8, 2017. Her family was lovingly by her side throughout the course of her long illness. Nancy was born on January 23, 1933 to the late Giuseppe DiSanto and the late Geraldine DiSanto (Pedicone). A graduate of Wilmington High School, she worked for the duPont Company before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her two children. Nancy's interests included crocheting, ceramics, bingo, card games and baking for her family who especially looked forward to her Pizzelles at Christmas time. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Alexander Filippone. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Thomas; son Steven (Deborah), daughter Susan Behrens (John); grandchildren Alicia Bradley (Cortland), Jillian and Carolyn Behrens, Ryan and Devin Casey; great grandchild due in April; sister Theresa Fisher (Buddy) and brother Michael DiSanto.The family welcomes visitors at Charles Arcaro Funeral Home, 2309 Lancaster Ave. Wilmington DE 19805 on Tuesday, April 11 at 4:30 pm followed by a memorial service at 6:00 pm.
