A service will be held 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at Bass Cauthen Funeral Home, located at 700 Heckle Boulevard in Rock Hill, S.C. Michelle was born on March 31, 1968, in York County. She graduated from Fort Mill High in 1986. She is survived by her husband, Jonathan Garvey (45); her two daughters, Taylor Marvin (24) and Kirstin Marvin (23); her son, Zachary Garvey (12); her stepdaughter and stepson, Jessica Garvey (22) and Jacob Garvey (19); her brothers, Shane Hale (39) and Thomas Hale (49); and her father, Joseph Hale (74).
