Maurice Cuthbertson, 31, known to family and friends as "Fella" was born on November 04, 1985 and unexpectedly departed this life on Tuesday July 25, 2017. He was a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Maurice graduated from North Forsyth High School, and earned his Business Administration Degree from Guilford Technical Community College in May, 2017. Mr. Cuthbertson was very soft-spoken, fun, and family orientated. He was a dedicated father, loving son and loyal friend. Maurice was known for always sharing encouraging words to family and friends. He was most proud of his recent accomplishment of earning his degree in Business, and was looking forward to becoming an entrepreneur.

Mr. Cuthbertson is proceeded in death by his paternal grandmother, Laura Cuthbertson; aunt, Annetta Samuels; uncle, Algene Albright; and cousin, Curtis Albright.

He leaves to mourn, his mother, Lavina Cuthbertson (James) Paylour, and father, Maurice Albright; son Jeramiah, and daughter, Mackenzie Cuthbertson; sisters, Antonia Wade of Myrtle Beach South Carolina, Antoinette Wade (Terrance) of San Diego, California; brother, Teddrick Hill; niece, Ami; maternal grandmother, Betty Albright; paternal grandfather, Albert Cuthbertson; special cousin, Ricky Cuthbertson and devoted friend, Shema Martin; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday August 01, 2017 at 1:00pm at Clark S. Brown and Sons Funeral Home, 727 North Patterson Ave. Winston-Salem, NC 27105. Elder, Kacie Moore Jr. will be officiating. Internment will follow in Woodland Cemetery 3123 Indiana Ave. Winston-Salem, NC 27105. The family visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at the funeral home. (Clark S. Brown & Sons)
