Marcella Percle Baye, 74, was born on Feb. 3, 1942, and passed away on Sept. 28, 2016. She was a native of Choupic and resident of Thibodaux.A visitation will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Thibodaux from 9 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 a.m., with burial to follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Cemetery in Chackbay.She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Kenneth Baye; son, Glen Baye and girlfriend of 15 years, Catherine Pontif; daughter, Kelly B. Percle and husband, Flint; brothers, Horace Percle and wife Jane, Jerry Percle and wife Jeannie; sister, Jeanette Hildalgo and husband, J.P.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, Clancy and Inez Gros Percle, and brother, Norris Percle.
