On Monday, December 31, 2018, day 365 of 365 days, God called our dearly beloved, Lisa Wilson, home to rest. He said, "Be encouraged. I can hear your prayers. I know what you are going through. I am your SAVIOR, KEEP your faith and your FOCUS ON ME. Everything will be alright, claim it and receive it by faith." So, at 8:20 in the evening at her home in Rochester, New York she answered His call.
Born February 5, 1953, to the late Hava Green Wilson and Noah Wilson in Conway, SC on May 2, 1967, she joined into holy union with the late Charlie Cleveland Wesley. At an early age, she joined Bethel AME Church. She served faithfully on the; Stewardess Board and was a member of the Senior Circle. Lisa ( aka: Estelle) attended public schools in Conway and graduated from Howard High School in Georgetown, SC. She was employed at Conway Hospital ( Now Conway Medical Center ) for 15years. Then moving back to be with most of her family members and to raise her children.
Her precious memories will always be cherished by her Children Gloria (Henry) Duffin of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Michael Wilson of the home, Conway, SC. Four sisters; Dorothy Wilson of Conway, SC, Mary and Ida Cox of Rochester, NY and Dorothy( Jimmy) Smith of Conway, SC one brother Noah Poinsette of Conway, SC.; Eight grandchildren, Seven great-grandchildren; and other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She also had a special place in her heart for Wyonne Franks and Gina Livingston ( Nieces) a very special friend Meredith Alston.
