Lawrence M. Griffin 1943 - 2016UTICA - Lawrence M. Griffin, 73, died on November 11, 2016.Lawrence was born on October 6, 1943, in Rome, the son of Clarence and Irene (Muth) Griffin. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran. Lawrence owned and operated the Quiet Man Bar.Surviving are his son, Gregory Griffin and wife, Jamie, Frankfort; Greg's mother, Linda Carey, Cold Brook; grandchildren, Den-nelle and Greggory Sullivan, Justin Stevens and Gregory Griffin, Jr.Funeral services will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at Historic Old St. John's Church.Arrangements are with McGrath, Myslinski, Karboski & Nunn Funeral Directors.
