Mosteller, KevinKevin Mosteller, 36, passed away on the morning of Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was born on August 25, 1980 in Elmira, New York, grew up in Walkersville and most recently lived in Frederick. Kevin worked for Vision Technologies as a Foreman and then spent his free time enjoying life which included family, friends, golf, live music and working on old cars or his home. He is survived by his father, Richard A. Mosteller; mother, Barbara Holleran Mosteller; elder brother, Randy Mosteller; many wonderful Holleran and Mosteller aunts, uncles and cousins as well as significant other, Fanny Barina. He is preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Douglas and Eva Mosteller; maternal grandparents, Burke and Rosemary Holleran; three uncles, Bruce Mosteller, Daniel Holleran, and John-Michael Holleran; and his very special aunt, Margaret "Peggy" Jay. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 5 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. A Celebration of Kevin's Life will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 6 from the funeral home chapel, with visitation from 10 to 11. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. In honor of Kevin's memory, please come dressed to "hang out" with Kevin one last time by being casual, comfortable and yourself (Tye Dye encouraged).
