Julie Bea RushJulie Bea Rush, 65, of South Sioux City, Nebraska, died Monday, April 10, 2017, at Matney Colonial Manor in South Sioux City.There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service in Onawa, Iowa.Julie Bea was born on November 12, 1952, to Gordon and Evelyn (Willard) Jorgenson at the Dell Rapids Hospital in South Dakota. She was one of six daughters. She graduated from Tri-Valley High School in Crooks, South Dakota.She married Dennis Rush and they had one son, Jason Rush. She worked at several different jobs in Sioux City, Iowa. She was a very special person and was so thrilled to have her son, Jason. Becoming a mother fulfilled her dreams. Julie's mother-in-law, Doris Rush, and father-in-law, Douglas Rush, were very special to her.Survivors include her son, Jason Rush; her sisters, Marilyn (Andy) Krier, Beverly Jacobs, and Vicki (Brenda) Jorgenson; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Evelyn Jorgenson; grandparents, George and Julia Jorgenson and Elmer and Bertha Willard; two sisters, Phyllis Mader and Betty Overvaag; and her parents-in-law, Douglas and Doris Rush.Julie will be missed by all who knew and loved her.Condolences may be left online for the family at www.rushfamilycareservice.com
