It is with great sadness that the family of Emma Maureen announces her passing at the age of 21 after an illness, on November 28, 2017.

Emma will be lovingly remembered by her mother, father and sister.

There will be a Funeral Service held at Lytham Crem (Lytham St Annes FY8 4AJ) on Tuesday December 5, 2017. Immediate family ONLY.

All donations will go to Adoption UK, a charity that Emma has donated to in her time of life.
