Dennis Edwards Williams peacefully entered eternal rest January 24, 2016, in High Point, NC. Dennis was born March 6, 1947, in Brooklyn, NY  to Leslie and Lauretta Williams. He was the second oldest of five children and was raised in Jamaica, NY. Dennis was educated in the New York City Public School system and he accepted the Lord at an early age while attending Antioch Baptist Church. At this church, he met his wife, Julia Waldo, and they were married in 1966. They moved to Long Island where they began to raise their family. Dennis' 25 years of employment with Costco has led him out of New York to Virginia and finally North Carolina. He was known as "Big Ed" and patrons and coworkers would seek him out when they entered Costco. 

He leaves to cherish his memory, in his loving wife Julia Williams, High Point, NC. his children Damon Williams and Sharon Williams Lithonia, GA. Dennis Williams and Jatasha Williams of Richmond and Leesburg, VA. Danny of Hempstead, NY. Jasmene High Point, NC. TWENTY-FOUR grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his two brother and two sisters, nieces and nephews and in-laws.
