Voss, age 66, of Odessa, DE passed away on December 20, 2016.He was born on July 22, 1950, in Wilmington, DE, the son of the late Francis and Julia Voss.David retired from the Delaware State Police as a Master Corporal after nearly 30 years of service. He was an avid collector and enjoyed buying and selling at the New Castle Farmers Market and conducting yard sales. He also enjoyed his times at Delaware Park. He is survived by his life partner of 23 years, Marie DeSeta; his son, David Voss; his daughter, Tracey Voss; and three grandchildren.A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 10 am to 12 pm in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main St. in Smyrna, DE. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Smyrna.
