(Sneddon) Kramer, age 74, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully at home, while surrounded by her family, on Thursday, October 12, 2017.A native of Scotland, Anne was born on April 8, 1943, and was the daughter of the late Hugh M. and Annie (Irving) Sneddon. She worked in a number of Wilmington law firms and was a member of the New Castle County Legal Secretaries. In her leisure time, Anne enjoyed crafting, knitting, and traveling.She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Richard F. Kramer; son, James L. Kramer of Florida; and brother, Bill Sneddon of Scotland.Services and interment will be held privately.
