It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Zackarry Konopka, who was born on January 29, 2018, and left this world on July 19, 2025, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States.
Zackarry's life was nothing short of extraordinary. He started his journey in the army, where he showed courage, dedication, and unwavering commitment to serving his country. His determination led him to become an army ranger and later transitioned to a successful career as a police officer. He devoted years of his life to protecting and serving others, eventually retiring in 2022 with a sense of pride and fulfillment.
Despite facing numerous challenges throughout his life, Zackarry always showed resilience and strength. In 2024, he was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer.
