We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Zack Chapman, IV, who was born on August 31, 1971, in Warner Robins, Georgia, United States. He peacefully left this world on September 27, 2024.
Zack is survived by his loving wife, Shelle Marie Chapman, whom he married in 2024. He is also survived by his two cherished children, Zack Daniel Chapman, V, and Dylan Chapman. His parents, Zack Daniel Chapman, III and Sybil Alford Chapman, are left devastated by his loss.
Zack proudly served in the US Army, dedicating himself to the defense of his country.
In his free time, Zack enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and his loved ones will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
Zack's sudden passing was due to a tragic Cardiac Arrest. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
