Zachary Hollowell, 29Muncie - Zachary Hollowell, 29, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 23, 2017, surrounded by his family.He was born on December 10, 1987, the son of John and LaDonna Hollowell.Zack graduated from Southside High School in 2006. He was a member of the wrestling and baseball teams, and he even set the single season batting average record.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends doing outdoor activities like fishing, shooting, golf and softball.Zack loved God and his family and was kind to everyone around him.  He had a magnetic personality that drew people to him and a joy that was contagious.  Zack had a great sense of humor and could make you laugh if you weren't already.  Zack endeared himself to people in a lot of different ways, whether it was by giving everyone a nickname, or planning his next practical joke. He had a huge heart and was always willing to help others.Left to mourn the loss of Zack are his parents, sisters Hannah (Devon) Hill and Rebecca Hollowell, brother Nicholas Hollowell, grandparents Paul (Barbara) Hollowell, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.Zack was preceded in death by his grandparents; Judith Hollowell and Kenneth and Barbara Evans.Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Parson Mortuary with Pastor Denny Helton officiating; friends and family may call from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday.Memorial contributions can be made to Big Time Barbell, a startup non-profit gym with a mission to help those with addiction and other issues in the community.Online condolences may be made in care to the family at www.parsonmortuary.com
