Yvonne Carmichael: The Queen of Sass
Born: January 14, 1939
Died: August 15, 2023

Yvonne Carmichael, beloved mother, grandmother, and master of sarcastic comebacks, bid us farewell on August 15, 2023, leaving us with countless memories, a twinkle in our eyes, and a sarcastic remark on the tip of our tongues.
Yvonne was a force to be reckoned with. She could make you laugh until you cried, or cry until you laughed. Just five minutes in her company would guarantee an abundance of laughter, eye rolls, and uncontrollable snorts. Her wit was as sharp as a cucumber and her tongue as quick as lightning.
She was born into a world that desperately needed her sassiness. From an early age, Yvonne saw the humor in life's absurdities and never missed a chance to point them out. Whether it was making lighthearted jabs at politicians, impersonating snobby neighbors, or providing unsolicited commentary on fashion trends, Yvonne's comedic brilliance was unmatched.
Yvonne was a social butterfly with a mysterious allure. She could captivate an entire room with her infectious smile, colorful personality, and stories that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Friends and family could always count on her legendary game nights, where the laughter was ceaseless, and her competitive spirit unmatched.
When she wasn't busy spreading laughter and joy, Yvonne indulged in her passions. She was an avid gardener, well-known for her ability to transform any plot of land into a thriving paradise. Green thumbs looked up to her, and even Mother Nature gave her a nod of approval.
Her love of adventure took her on numerous trips around the world. Whether it was hiking Machu Picchu, exploring the Great Barrier Reef, or losing herself in the streets of Paris, Yvonne seized every opportunity to explore and savor the beauty of this world, all while sprinkling sarcasm like confetti.
Yvonne's laughter-filled presence will be sorely missed by her family: her son Julius, who inherited her wit; her daughter Stephanie, who admired her relentless spirit; and her grandchildren, Julius, Amanda, and Timothy who learned the art of sarcasm at an early age.
In lieu of flowers, Yvonne requested that donations be made to the "Sarcasm Appreciation Society," a charity she founded to help others embrace their witty side. Let's honor her memory in the best way possible – by living our lives to the fullest, embracing humor, and never taking ourselves too seriously. We'll keep laughing, Yvonne, and we know you'll be watching from above, with that signature smirk on your face.
Rest in peace, Yvonne Carmichael. Thank you for the laughter and for reminding us that laughter truly is the best medicine. Your zest for life and razor-sharp wit will forever be cherished.
