Today we honor the life of our beloved Yvette Taylor Evans. Born in Brooklyn, NY to Delores Doctor and James Taylor. A caring wife and a nurturing mother, Yvette was Director of Willoughby Day Care until her early retirement in 2016. She touched the lives of many. Yvette was always available to assist with the needs of her neighbors and friends. Her door was always open and her ear was available for the community. Her smile and hospitality will surely be missed.

She leaves to mourn her husband of 30 years, Lawrence. Her daughters Lavette and Sharette. Her sons Lawrence Jr and La-king. Her sisters Delores, Robyn, Michelle, Joyce and Tracey. Her brother Ibrahim and a host of friends and relatives.

Yvette will be privately cremated at Harmony Funeral Home. The family respectfully asks that only immediate family attend.
