We are gathered here today to remember and celebrate the life of Yves Laguerre, who was born on November 15, 1965, in Haiti and passed away on February 5, in Haiti. He was the beloved son of Yves and Florence Laguerre.

Yves was a loving husband to Jessica Laguerre, whom he married in the year 30. Together, they raised a beautiful family of eight children; Marie Yves Laguerre, Yacinthe Laguerre with spouse Alex Renelus, Gana Laguerre, Sandia Laguerre with spouse Reginald Nelson, Woodlaire Laguerre, Ralph Laguerre with spouse Jenny Laguerre, Guilenne Laguerre, and Flore Laguerre with spouse Kecy Narcisse.

Yves was also a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren. His love and legacy will live on through each of them.

Yves was known for his kind heart, unwavering dedication to his family, and his passion for life. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

On February 5, 2025, Yves passed away due to a sudden heart attack. Although he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will forever be present in our hearts and memories.
