Winifred Myers, 59, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed Friday, February 08, 2019 in Aurora, Colorado. Winifred was born August 31, 1959 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Winifred was preceded in death by both of her parents, Doris S. Burks and Johnny E. Burks.

Winifred was a strong, caring, thoughtful, outgoing, loving and compassionate woman that poured out her life in service to the world around her. She was very hardworking and hospitable and took great pride and joy in taking care of the people that she loved. Winifred, affectionately known as “Bam” worked at McDonald’s for over 15 years.

Winifred enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, watching her favorite TV shows, going out for steak dinners with her family, and reminiscing on her life with her loved ones.

Winifred is survived by 1 child: Craig Myers (Carynn Rudolph-Myers). She also is survived by 2 grandchildren, Sarai and Samiya. She leaves a legacy of love and memories to her sisters, brother, nieces, nephews, and a whole host of friends and family that she met along the way.
