It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Winfred Barr, who was born on October 17, 1956, in Newark, New Jersey, United States. He peacefully left us on September 9, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

Winfred was the beloved son of Winfred Barr Sr. and Mary Barr. In 1999, he married the love of his life, Mialisa Morris, and together they raised two wonderful children. Tiana, his stepdaughter, and Malik, his son, who graduated from Barringer High School in 1970.

Winfred was a loving husband, father, and friend. He had a passion for basketball and fishing, and spent countless hours enjoying these hobbies with his loved ones.

Winfred will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His warm smile, kind heart, and loving spirit will forever be remembered.
