We are saddened to announce the passing of Wilmer Strong, who was born on January 18, 1939, in Saint Louis, Missouri, United States, to parents Herman Strong and LaNett Strong. Wilmer passed away on August 26, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.
Wilmer is survived by their spouse Christopher Donald, whom they married in 1980. Together, they raised five children. Wilmer was a devoted parent and grandparent.
Wilmer attended Beaumont Highschool before furthering their education at University of Missouri Saint Louis.
Throughout their career, Wilmer worked at Barnes Jewish Hospital and dedicated time to helping those in need through the Saint Louis Park MB organization.
Outside of work, Wilmer enjoyed hobbies such as walking, reading, and spending time with their family.
Wilmer Strong will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved them.
