Wilma Jean Gills was born on April 4, 1960 to Richard Gills Sr and Lena Devine-Gills in Maywood, Illinois. 

Wilma accepted Christ at an early age under the fellowship of Rev. Claude Wiley. ‘“Jeannie Doll” as she was called by love ones attend Garfield Elmentary and Proviso East High School in Maywood, Illinois. She later went on to Triton Beauty College where she obtain her Cosmetology degree. 

Wilma leaves to cherish her love and memories 4 Children John Gills, Robert Gills (Patricia), Cynthia Gills-Roberts (William) and Jerry Gills all of Maywood, Illinois. 3 sisters Glenda, Sherry, and Charity(Robert) 11 grande, 2 great-grandchildren. 9 nieces and 4 nephews and  2 life long best friends Brenda Wilson and Charles Griffin.

Wilma was proceeded in death by her Mother and Father.
