Wilma Barbour née Toon, 69, of Belleville, Illinois, passed on Monday, November 06, 2023. Wilma was born on March 29, 1954 in East St. Louis. She is survived by her six children, daughter Michelle (Peter) Johnson of Scottsdale, Arizona; Margaret (Paul) Lauth of Hecker, Illinois; son, Sean (Victoria) Barbour of Smithton, Illinois. Her two sons that lived with her; Patrick and Zachary Barbour; and youngest daughter, Kathryn (Evan) Barbour of Murphysboro, Illinois. As well as five loving grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, her brother, and her eldest sister.

A private wake will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9th. The family asks that donations be made to the Autism Speaks Foundation.
