Willy Gabbert went to his Heavenly Home on Monday, February 10, 2020. He was known to be a devoted husband to his late wife, Anita and committed to his friends and family members throughout his life. He enjoyed socializing with his many friends including playing cards and games with his late wife. Willy and Anita had a wonderful 54-year marriage and enjoyed traveling with their dog in their motor home for many years.

Willy was preceded in death by his parents; son Roger; three sisters and three brothers; and several nieces and nephews. He is survived by his six children, Walter (Dora) Gabbert of Albuquerque, NM, Lee-anne Olson of Farmington, NM, Kevin Gabbert of Albuquerque, NM, Kim (Mike) Goodrich of Albuquerque, NM, Kerry (Lisa) Gabbert of Albuquerque, NM, Sunny Washington of Los Angeles, CA; and many grandkids and great grandkids.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020, 2:00 p.m., at Christ the Ray of Hope Lutheran church, 7001 San Antonio Dr. NE Albuquerque 87109
