Mrs. Willma Robbins of Kings Mountain, NC was born on January 21, 1921in South Carolina. She was the daughter of George Moore and Elvira Goode Moore. She married the late Blake Robbins Sr, to this union six children were born: Sammy Lee Robbins (Lisa), James Ernest Robbins, Blake Robbins Jr (Carolyn), Mary Pauline Crank, Willie Mae Robbins, and Charles Robbins.

She departed her life on August 6, 2024 at White Oak Manor Nursing home in Kings Mountain, NC. She accepted christ at an early age and joined Shiloh AME Zion Church in Grover, NC where she served faithfully until her health declined.

She worked in various departments during her membership at the church such as Deconess Board, Missonary Board, Kitchen committe, Senior chior and she was the former president of the usher board. Willma worked at Dr. Durham's for many years and Spectrum Yarns were she later retired.In her free time, she volunteered at the Patrick Center and was volunteer of the year in 2011.

Surviving are her six grandchildren: Darrell Robbins of Rhode Island, Davey Crank (Janice) of Shelby, Sophia Crank of Gastonia, Chris Robbins (Nichelle), Tiea Petty and Sherrwyana Robbins, all of Kings Mountain. 9 great grands,1 great-great grand and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
