In the year 56, Willie exchanged vows with his soulmate and the love of his life, Sharlece Jenkins. Together, they built a beautiful family and created a home filled with love and laughter. Willie was a loving and dedicated father to their four children: Robert Jenkins, Debbye Cook, Siscily Watkins, and Warren Jenkins.
Throughout his life, Willie found immense joy as a grandparent to his nine adoring grandchildren. He loved each one unconditionally and reveled in their accomplishments, dreams, and unique personalities.
Willie's journey began at Albany High School, where he pursued his education and gained foundational knowledge that would shape his future. In 1943, with an insatiable appetite for learning, he proudly received his high school diploma.
