Willie was married to his beloved spouse Ashley Bland for over 11 years and they were the proud parents of 10 children and 17 grands . Willie was cared for by 2 or his grands Lacurshia and Alexandria Pickens no matter how busy they days were they both made time to be there grand fathers care giver for the last 4 years .

Willie will be remembered for his dedication to his family and his passion for his work at the lawn service. He graduated from Broad Street High School and went on to build a successful career in the industry he loved.

In his free time, Willie enjoyed tending to his own lawn and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He had a contagious sense of humor and was known for always having a joke or a smile to share with those around him.
