Willie graduated from Friendly High School in 1977. Willie worked at Walmart.

Willie is survived by 2 children: Damon L. Harper, and Jerrell Rowe. He also is survived by 3 grandchildren: Damon K. Harper, Serenity Harper, and Diamon K. Harper. He also is survived by plenty of family & friends.
