Willie Albert Porter began his journey on March 6, 1945, to the late Henry and Mary Porter.

Willie was a member of One Way Deliverance Church. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Ms. Gloria Davis on January 28, 1960. Mr. Willie wrote his final page in his book of life at Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, GA.

Cherishing his fond and loving memories is his loving and devoted wife, Gloria. Willie leaves behind his sons, William, Brian, Joshua, and one loving daughter Meredith all of Columbus, GA. Also cherishing his fond memories are his brothers, Robert (Susan), Michael (Helen); his sisters, Cassaundra (Clifford) and Wanda all of Talbatton, GA. Also, he leaves to cherish his memories, 6 grandkids, a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives. Anyone not mentioned, just know how truly special you all were to Willie.

One brother and one sister preceded him in death, Gene Porter and Viola Porter Davis.
