We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Willie Payne, on July 10, 2024, in Niagara Falls, New York.

Willie was born on July 13, 1947, to Willie Payne Sr and Katie Payne. He attended N.F.H.S high school, graduating in 1968, before continuing his studies at the University Of Buffalo.

Willie was a devoted family man, survived by his loving wife and son, Yovon Payne. He adored his grandchild, who meant the world to him.

Willie had a passion for Jazz music, spending countless hours listening to his favorite tunes. He found solace and joy in the melodies that spoke to his soul.

Willie's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for his family.

May he rest in peace.
